Toll-like-Rezeptor 3

Das TLR3-Gen kodiert den Toll-like-Rezeptor 3 der als Bestandteil der angeborenen Immunität in den Phagolysosomen die doppelstängige RNA detektiert und über eine Signalkaskade die Interferon 1 Produktion anregt. Mutationen führen zu einer vermehrten Anfälligkeit gegenüber Herpes-Enzephalitis und COVID-19.
