Das TLR10-Gen kodiert den Toll-like-Rezeptor 10, der wie alle anderen Toll-like-Rezeptoren wahrscheinlich eine Rolle in der angeborenen Immunität spielt. Seine genaue Funktion ist noch nicht bekannt.
